Refund Policy

My refund policy 30 day return , this means you have 30 days once recieved your item to request a return in order to request a return and be eligable your order must be in same condition that you recieve it in, unworn or unused in original packaging as well as reciept. i dont accept returns on personalised orders but if your item has been damaged in transition please contact me and i will replace for you.

To start a return email me at crayonzone2020@gmail.com , if accepted return item is received and inspected will issue refund the same way payment was made. items sent back without requesting return will not be accepted. sale items cannot be returned for a refund.
