Read some of our most common customers queries to check if your query has been asked already.

• When will my order be dispatched?

  Your order will usually be dispatched within 7 working days depending if ive had a big influx of order, but i will inform you if your order is going to take longer. if you have certain dates you require your order by please leave a note when ordering.

• Are your crayons toxic?

  All my crayons are made using crayola crayons which are good quality crayons which are all non-toxic.

• What age are your crayons suitable from?

  I recommend 3+ due to some crayons being small in size.

• i think my order has been lost.

  Please allow 10 working days before contacting me if your order hasn’t turned up, with every order i will send tracking information so you can keep up to date on your order, if it does happen to have not arrived within 10 days please contact us by emailing us at crayonzone2020@gmail.com and i will help deal with your query and chase up with the courier.

• my item arrived damaged

  if your item has arrived damaged please email us at crayonzone2020@gmail.com and i will deal with your query please send me your order number , very rarely does crayons get damaged but on the occasion they do i will be happy to replace , i do not refund.

• Do you deliver outside the uk?

  At the present moment i only deliver in the uk.
